After you have contacted us about your home extension, an appointment will be made at your home for us to discuss your requirements, design and budget.
Following your consultation and agreement to site measure with our extension specialist, a concept design will be drawn using our state-of-the-art 3D computer technology, and a detailed cost estimate prepared and presented for your approval.
Once you have approved your new home extension design and cost, an Order of Engagement is signed and a deposit is paid.
Site Inspections are arranged to complete the working drawings of your new extension and building contracts are prepared and signed.
Building permits and insurances are arranged and a start date organised to commence your new home extension. We will communicate regularly and keep you informed and involved all the way through the building and completion of your project.
Prior to construction commencement meetings are conducted with you to discuss the process of your new home extension and then the building works commence.
Progress inspections of your extension are carried out with you and by the Building Surveyor as the works proceed with progress payments being made at the designated stages.
When the works are finished, we will hold a final inspection with you to check that all details and works have been completed in our accordance with our obligations to you in preparation for handover.
After you have settled into your new home, we will check in with you and see if there are any tweaks or adjustments to be made - new homes have to settle in also. We are only a phone call away and you can rest assured that our works are cover by warranty.
