Corbuilt (Vic) Pty Ltd was established in 2020 as a custom builder, specialising in extensions and alterations, renovations and custom homes.
With over 25 years of experience in the commercial and residential building industry, we can confidently guide you through the whole construction process of your home from design, plans & permits approvals to construction and handover.
We can offer full design and documentation services by selecting the most appropriate design team to work with you to design your home. As builder and advisors we work together to ensure design is thoroughly completed, as well as providing cost guidance through the design process. When complete, we provide a fixed price and time quotation to progress to contract and construction.
We strive to build defect free, high quality homes delivered on time and on budget to ensure client satisfaction. Through the design and construction phases of your project, we conduct frequent meetings and regularly communicate with you, the design team and our site management teams to ensure all elements of the project are captured and ensure the best possible outcome for you and your home.

Founding Director
Having completed the Associate Diploma in Building and Construction at RMIT in 1996, Andrea Corso (Director) started his career in construction as a Contracts Administrator. He also held roles as Site Manager, Construction Manager and spent many years as a Project Manager, the managing design and construction of projects in the Residential, Aged Care, Industrial, Commercial, Education and Local Government Sectors.
In 2014, Andrea registered as a Domestic Builder and carried on business, specialising in Residential Home Extensions and Alterations. As the Construction and Sales Director, guiding the business including development of its standards of operation, fostering customer relationships, business strategy, sales management, product and services offering, project implementation, construction delivery and aftercare services.
Andrea established Corbuilt (Vic) Pty Ltd in late 2020 to follow his passion as custom builder, specialising in bespoke and distinctive building projects. His passion, conviction and commitment to clients remains unchanged. He is determined to provide the most professional, intelligent and cost effective housing design & construction services available.
